For the safety of our guests and employees, Opus One has instituted the following requirements for visitors. By entering our winery, you agree to abide by the following directives, as well as any verbal instructions provided by our employees to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Visitors who are currently experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 must not enter the winery.
These symptoms include cough, fever over 100.4 degrees, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or recent loss of taste or smell.
Guests must refrain from visiting if they have recently been ill, until they have been symptom-free for at least 3 days without the use of any medications.
Guests who have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days must also refrain from visiting.
If you are unable to complete your tasting due to the above circumstances, you will be provided a full refund and we will welcome you another time.
All guests must wear a face mask to enter our tasting rooms. Those who are not tasting must keep face masks on at all times. Masks must be worn whenever outside of your tasting space.
Maintain 6 feet (2m) of distance between yourself and others not in your group. You will be taken to a tasting area that has been set up to allow for such distancing, but also be mindful of this as you enter and exit, or wait to use the restrooms or lavatories.
Do not engage in any physical contact with our employees or enter a space occupied by another tasting.
Masks may be removed during your tasting experience; however, when Opus One staff are present, guests must wear their masks if proper physical distancing cannot be maintained. Your host will indicate when you need to put on your mask.
Guests are asked to wash and/or sanitize their hands upon arrival as well as after sneezing, blowing their nose, or coughing. Sanitizer, soap and water are readily available.
When using our restrooms please follow these three steps:
Use hand sanitizer before restroom entry.
Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water before leaving the restroom.
Use hand sanitizer before rejoining your group.
We encourage the use of e-wallet (Apple Pay, Google Wallet etc. ), and contactless credit card payments over standard credit cards or cash to reduce handling risks.
Employees have the right to refuse or end service to any guest exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 while on the Opus One property. If you are asked to leave our facility for this reason, we appreciate your immediate attention to this request and your understanding in this matter.
